2. No Cancellations

Due to the specialized nature of our products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. We encourage our customers to review their order details thoroughly before finalizing the purchase to avoid any discrepancies or misunderstandings.

3. No Returns or Refunds

Given that our products are bespoke and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been placed and paid for. We ensure that every product is meticulously crafted as per the specifications provided on our website, and due to the custom nature of these products, they cannot be restocked or resold.

4. One Year Comprehensive Manufacturer's Warranty

a. Warranty Coverage: Every product from Neurona Robotics, Inc. is covered under a one-year comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or other related issues that are not a result of regular wear and tear, misuse, or external damages.

b. Claim Process: In the event you encounter a problem with your product within the warranty period, please contact our customer support at support@neuronaai.com with the details of the issue along with proof of purchase. Our team will evaluate the claim and guide you through the process of warranty fulfillment.

c. Repairs/Replacements: Depending on the nature of the defect or malfunction, Neurona Robotics, Inc. may choose to either repair the product or replace it with an equivalent product. Any replacement will be of equal or greater functionality.

d. Exceptions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, external damages, unauthorized repairs, or any modifications made to the product. Any evidence of such activities will render the warranty void.

e. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please notify us at contact@neuronaai.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

f. Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@neuronaai.com and send your item to: Neurona Robotics, Inc., [Your Address Here].

g. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
